Hi! I'm Amanda and I'm happy you made it to my photography site!

I capture natural light portraiture, and have been doing so since 2016. While studying to receive a B.A. in Advertising, I shot graduation portraits and professional headshots in my spare time. Over the years, I've expanded my experience to engagements, maternity, family, events & more.

I am a full time consumer insights Research Analyst, but after work, I enjoy pursing wherever the day takes me and my camera.

I was born and raised in Houston, graduated from The University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, and now I'm living in Austin!
My love for portrait photography started when I was a kid. I used a Canon Powershot and a Nikon Coolpix wherever I went to take photos of flowers, pets, and architecture. In high school, I bought my first DSLR. I started my portraiture at Bama in 2016, as graduation photos are very popular with UA's gorgeous campus.
Nowadays, I normally shoot with a DSLR, Nikon D750, and occasionally with film on my Nikon FM10.
Swiftie alert: In addition to my love for photography I am also a music junkie. I know every single Taylor Swift album and every single Beatles album. I could name any Beatles or Taylor Swift song after hearing the first 15 seconds bc I am that obsessed.
My fav TV show rn is Abbott Elementary, but I also frequent throwbacks like Gilmore Girls and Friends.
